The AM3 mount is solidly constructed and the price we paid on Amazon was very reasonable compared with other on-line and in-store retailers. It was simple to install and works perfectly with my Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500.



Initially, the joints were so stiff I had difficulty moving the arms... and I bench 300. It was all but impossible for my wife to budge it. I went to the Premiere Mounts web site and submitted a question about the problem and the company's customer support rep wrote back to tell me adjusting the tension was as easy as popping the plastic caps off the joints and loosening the bolts inside - a useful tip which is absent from the accompanying installation manual. The mount still feels very solid but it's now much easier to manipulate.



Really, my only complaint is the lack of detailed illustrations in the installation manual. Because the pictures in the manual were so small, we had to resort to looking at the pictures on the outside of the box to determine the proper installation of some components. I later discovered the Premier Mounts web site has better manuals you can download from their site.



I'd definitely buy it again and have already steered another customer to Amazon for a purchase.

This faucet by Delta is affordable, great for three hole sinks with a four inch centerset, and it has separate levers for hot and cold water. The faucet, of course, has the lever in the rear that lets you hold water in the sink if you need to do so.



The faucet has a nice brushed nickel finish and it feels very solid and well constructed. This isn't junk! It should come with a drain since it does say that it comes with everything you need to install it; mine came with a drain and that did help things.



I also like the five year warranty.



Overall, if you want an affordable, stylish yet essentially clean cut faucet, this one by Delta should be one to consider very carefully. I highly recommend it.

I have five cats and the biggest one likes to remind everyone who the big cheese is. He would back up into a corner of my office and let loose. It was along the door, so he basically drew a line along the door, claiming it as his own. Twice a day I had to spray and wipe up pee. If I didn't it would permiate down the hallway. I bought the mat, the large one. I used very thin two-sided tape to keep it in place, on the tile surface. It is transparent so you can barely see it. It is made of good quality plastic/rubber. It has three settings, zap, ouch, and nuke 'em. The set up was breeze, just put in a battery, conect the little control box and you're ready for action. Initially I put it on the lowest setting and put my hand on it to test. It was a very light tingly/zap. I kept my hand on it and it kept pulsing until I took my hand off. The cats walked over, one touched it and jumped three feet in the air then an into the closet, so the other one came over to see and took off running. Even the dogs don't like it. It works like a charm. I keep it on the highest setting to keep the dogs out, and although the cats have learned to jump over it, I don't find myself wiping up pee any more.

Important note, don't ever walk around barefoot and step on it at the highest setting, it's like a really good static shock that'll make you dance on the mat.

I was having a problem with my cat urinating on my couch. I tried many different things available to keep it away from the couch. But none of them worked for long periods of time. I was out of things to try. I ordered the ScatMat and have been using it for about 3 weeks. The cat has not come close to getting back on the couch. So far it has worked great. The dog also does not attempt to get on the couch anymore. I would highly recommend this for areas you do not want your pets.

Whether it is a thick, all-natural butchers block table, an Art Deco wooden dresser, a simple mahogany dining room table or a sleek, modern coffee table, wood furniture is a staple in homes across America and the world. Make sure your wood tables, vanities and dressers stay gorgeous for generations to come with these simple solutions and guidelines.
Stain, Stain, Go Away!
Ever gasped after a child inadvertently left a giant scratch in the surface of your dining room table? Or cringed when a well-meaning adult accidentally knocked over a drink onto your beautiful wood coffee table? Well, fear not. One of the best attributes of wood furniture is that it is simple to touch up or renew its original luster.

Small nicks and scratches can usually be disguised with the help of a store-bought scratch cover product. For larger scratches, try using a felt tip pen or shoe polish in a color closely matched to the finish of the furniture piece. Shoe polish applicator bottles filled with the stain work well for the cover-up job, as do Sharpie markers. Coloring in the scratch is easy and surprisingly effective.

Get rid of pesky water spots on your wood furniture by allowing the spots to dry completely, then rubbing real mayonnaise onto it with a soft cloth, until the spots disappear. Erase color rings left on tables by cups and glasses with a homemade mixture of cigarette ashes and cooking oil. Prep the stain first by scrubbing it with an abrasive pad or sandpaper. Then, rub the oil and ash concoction into the wood.

And what about candle wax, marring the beautiful finish of your wood dining room table? Wait until the wax cools, then apply ice. Once the wax becomes extremely hard and brittle, gently scrape it off with a plastic spatula. Finally, polish the table with a rich cream polish, and buff away any residue.

When eating a meal or entertaining guests, use a tablecloth or placemats to protect the finish of a wood table, especially when serving hot food. Place hot serving dishes atop a hot pad and candle holders over a large felt protector with a plastic top, since plastic prevents wax from running.

Use coasters beneath all glasses and mugs to protect your coffee table, dining room table and wood dressers from unsightly rings and water spots. Beware, because not all coasters are created equal. Metal coasters can sweat onto the wood, and plastic coasters can react with certain finishes on some wood furniture pieces. So consider choosing wooden coasters with felt backing and a waterproof material on top to further ensure the longevity of your wood table tops. The best coasters are those that taper up on the sides, preventing leakage.

Regular cleaning is especially important for coffee tables and dining room tables where food and drink are daily staples. Use a very mild soap, such as a diluted mixture of hand soap and water, as a cleaning agent for your wood furniture. As a companion to Mr Abbott's previous book JANSEN which gives a wonderful overview of what is probably the most influential design firm of the 20th century, this book JANSEN FURNITURE provides an extensive catalog of the custom furniture produced by the company from about 1905 through the 1980s. Along with exact reproductions of 18th and 19th century antiques, there are extraordinary inventive adaptations of historic models for modern use. In addition to the classic French 18th century styles, all the trends from the late 19th century to mid-20th century are represented. Although there is some descriptive text, the majority of the book is devoted to images of the furnishings with hundreds of photos and drawings in both black & white and color showing the pieces either in isolation or in the finished setting. The easiest and most inexpensive way to invigorate the design of your living room is to rearrange the furniture items you already own. Furniture placement can be a daunting task, no matter how big or small the room. If you are someone who always figured furniture placement would be better left to professional interior designers, fret no more. These tips will help you embrace the task of balancing your sofa with your coffee table or armchair, and allow you to create peace and harmony amongst all your furniture.

Location, location, location
A room must be balanced. Specifically, the furniture in every room should be placed in a way that is pleasing to the eye and easy to maneuver around. If all the heavy furniture pieces like sofas, armchairs, entertainment centers and bookshelves are loaded on one side of the room, a room can feel like a sinking ship.

On the other hand, if you spread your furniture around the room haphazardly, a room can feel cluttered even when it is relatively empty. Think about the size of your living room in relation to the amount of furniture you have.

You can anchor the room by situating a large entertainment center against one wall, and then arrange all seating comfortably around that anchor. Or, anchor your sofa against a wall, add a small side table or a coffee table in front for convenience, and viol?! Your room is balanced.

Sofa Secrets
Using your sofa as an anchor, or as the focal point for your living room can be an effective furniture placement tool. However, modular sofas, or sofas with many components, can be too heavy an anchor, tipping the balance of the room with its bulkiness. A creative solution to this problem can be found in breaking up the pieces of the sofa.

Place the largest sofa piece against the longest wall of the room, then the smaller sections on the opposite side. If you have the smaller sections of the modular sofa face the long sofa at an angle, you will avoid that boring, boxy look that comes with having all furniture pieces pressed with their backs straight against a wall.

A fresh alternative to placing your sofa against the longest wall is to bring the sofa out, away from the wall. If you prefer this look and feel for your sofa placement, allow at least two and a half to three feet between the sofa and the wall for comfortable walking space. Less space is needed between chairs and a sofa, but always keep in mind walking patterns.

Go with the Flow
Imagine how you and your guests will maneuver in your living room with all the furniture in its proper place. For example, if there are two doors, you may want to place sofas and chairs in a manner that will allow passersby to walk behind or around the seating arrangement instead of through it.

If there is only one door to the room, don't block the flow with a large coffee table right in the way of the sofa. Make sure you allow easy access directly to the sofa and chairs from the door, allowing for some space around the seating area as well.

Larger living rooms can be designed so that they function effectively as two areas. For example, have one social, entertainment center seating arrangement in one section, and a quieter study arrangement in another. Tall side tables can be placed behind a sofa with decorative vases and pictures on top, as long as there is still walking space behind the couch.

When deciding on how to arrange your living room furniture, listen to your instincts. Wait to decorate the walls for a few days or even a week once you have decided on where you are going to put each piece of furniture, to give yourself a chance to get used to the new placement. Live in the space for a bit, and assess how you feel. If something doesn't feel right, you can always move it, and use these tips to help you bring your living room back into balance.

If your thinking of getting a plasma, I chose this as the wall mount. It easily hooked up to a Pioneer 60 Kuro Plasma. There were plenty of spare parts to use depending on the size of your TV and the directions were simple and the product went together with understandable step by step directions. This is a beautifully built product and it is first rate in every aspect. This is the one to get if your choosing wall mounts. I purchased this wall mount to accomodate my new Pioneer 60" plasma which weighs approximately 125 lbs.



It was very easy to assemble and the hardware mounted to the back of the TV perfectly.



I was concerned about the product's width size because the description was not specific in that regard. However that concern was put to rest following completed assembly. I don't know how wide it can expand to but I was able to utilize 3 wall studs spaced the standard 16" apart. There is no way that TV is coming off that wall unless I personally remove it.



Once mounted on the wall, you and your partner simply lift the tv and slide the hooks you attached to the back of it into the wall bracket. Thats all there is to it! The mount itself allows you to tilt the tv up to 11 degrees to accomodate your seating angle plus you have the ability to slide the tv left or right for perfect centering.





For ease of assembly, mounting and solid steel durability, this is the wall mount you must buy!
